Belarus’ cement output up four per cent to 3.832Mt in Jan-Oct

Belarus’ cement output increased four per cent on the year in January-October 2010 to 3.832Mt, a representative in the National Statistics Committee told Prime-Tass.

In value terms, cement output rose four per cent on the year to BR1.157trn.

Cement inventories fell 2.2 per cent in January-October to 29,200t, 7.6 per cent of the average monthly output.

Asbestos wallboard output went down 3 per cent to 159.5m equivalent tiles. End (BR3031 - US$1).
