Hungary’s Supreme Court on Monday upheld a previous court ruling in favor of Magyar Cement Kft in its dispute with Holcim Hungaria Zrt., the Hungarian unit of Swiss cement company Holcim, over ownership rights to property at the Hejocsabai Cement and Meszmuvek in Miskolc (NE Hungary).

Holcim Hungaria told MTI on Monday that it accepts the Supreme Court’s decision in the 15-year-old case and would attempt to purchase the property in question from Magyar Cement.
