Cementir Q3 2010 turnover rises 9.7% YoY
Cementir Holding closed the third quarter of 2010 with EUR 231.1m in revenues, up by 9.7% on the year.
EBITDA fell by 18.6% to EUR 34.2m. The pre-tax profit went down to EUR14.1m from EUR 21.3m a year ago.
Revenues came in at EUR 630.9m for January to September 2010, in line with the EUR 629.9 million for the same period of 2009. Sales went up by 9.6% in the third quarter. Operating costs increased by 3%. EBITDA stood at EUR 84.4m, compared to EUR100.1m a year ago. The pre-tax profit fell to EUR27.7m from EUR 38.1m.
Cementir’s net debt amounted to EUR 357m at end-September, improved by EUR 24.3m from end-2009.
