The major increase of 52 per cent was followed by local dispatches that improved by 44 per cent to 1.97Mt as compared to 1.37Mt in September.

However, when compared to the same period last year – total dispatches were lower by 4 percent to 2.9Mt than 3Mt sold in October’ 09.
