Russian government cancels duty on cement exports
The Russian government has cancelled the duty on the country’s cement exports, according to a government ruling dated October 12 and seen by PRIME-TASS on Monday.
The ruling is to come into force a month after its official publication.
The duty on cement exports before the cancellation amounted to 6.5%.
