Binani Industries Limited, a manufacturer of zinc, cement, glass and composites, has agreed to acquire the entire public equity shareholding of its subsidiary Binani Cement Limited, a manufacturer of cement. Both the companies are based in India.

The transaction will provide an exit opportunity to the public shareholders of Binani Cement.
