Argentina’s Minister of Industry, Debora Giorgi, said yesterday that economic growth generates greater investment needs that are promoting the construction and real estate. The official specified that the annual cement consumption per capita in the country will be 241kg this year, 47kg more than that was consumed five years ago.

"The investments are occurring beyond the residential market, to cover the commercial market, the corporate, tourist and industrial," said Giorgi and recalled that the main indicator that shows the evolution of the construction sector recorded in the first eight months year a cumulative annual growth of 9.3 per cent.

Giorgi participates on  Wednesday in the 2nd International Real Estate Symposium, which is organised by the Auctioneers Association of San Isidro.
