Prism Cement Ltd. announced that it has started the commercial production of 3.6Mt second cement unit in Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
The company said in a notice to National Stock Exchange that it will now be able to despatch total 6.6Mt cement and clinker from both its units at Satna. Currently, 3Mt of cement and clinker is dispatched by the company from its existing unit Unit-I.
