Xinjiang Tianshan Cement and its subsidiaries plan to build eight cement production lines with a total annual capacity of 13.01Mt of cement throughout Xinjiang province, reports 163.com, citing a company filing.

The total investment of the eight production lines is expected to reach 4.521 billion yuan.

According to the Xinjiang Tianshan Cement, constructing additional production lines will help the company expand its market share, lower cost and improve economies of scale.

China Merchants Securities (600999) predicts that the earnings per share of Xinjiang Tianshan Cement will reach 1.16 yuan, 1.74 yuan and 2.15 yuan in 2010, 2011 and 2012, respectively
