Each of the three companies must export 100,000 - 150,000t of cement toward the end of 2010, half of their product volume in 2011 and 100 per cent from 2012.
They have also been assigned to carefully estimate local demands in the central and southern regions to draw up cement and clinker transportation plans from the north, especially during the peak construction season.
