Cementir Holding strengthens 0.5 per cent on low volume

Cementir Holding, Italy’s seventh largest construction company by market capitalisation, strengthened one cents (or 0.5 per cent) to close at €2.13. Compared with the FTSE MIB index, which fell 64.1 points (or 0.3 per cent) on the day, this was a relative price change of 0.8 per cent. The volume was 0.1 times average trading of 266,823 shares.

Volatility: the stock traded between an intraday low of €2.12 and three-day high of €2.16, suggesting a trading opportunity between peaks and troughs.

Volume and turnover period: there were 36,561 shares worth €7875 (US$100,046) traded. The turnover rate in the 12 months to date was 41.9 per cent (or a turnover period of two years, four months).
