Ambuja Cements Ltd India’s No. 3 cement maker, reported shipments in July fell 1.2 per cent from a year ago to 1.42Mt.

The company, in which Holcim holds about 46 per cent, said production in July fell to 1.41Mt from 1.44Mt a year earlier.
