The Board of Directors of Texas Industries, Inc(TX)  today declared a cash dividend of US$.075 per common share payable August 31, 2010 to shareholders of record August 6, 2010.
 
TXI is the largest producer of cement in Texas and a major cement producer in California. TXI is also a major supplier of construction aggregate, ready-mix concrete and concrete products.
