Vietnam cement prices expected to remain stable
13 July 2010

Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Domestic Market Management Bureau has predicted cement prices in Vietnam will remain stable in the third quarter of this year when the rainy season starts.

The domestic cement sales and output will fall slightly during the rainy season, the bureau was quoted by the state-run Vietnam New Agency as saying late Monday.

Retail cement prices are now offered at VND950,000-VND1.15m/t in the north and VND1.1m and VND1.4m in the south.
