A new cement works is under construction in Podgorensky, Voronezh Region (central Russia).

Nearly 25% of allocations for the project, worth about RUR16bn ($514.6mn, or €408.9mn), will be spent on environmentally friendly production technologies, says the Eurocement Group, the operator of the project.
