Vietnam PM attends cement ground-breaking ceremony
Vietnam’s Xuan Thanh Development Investment JSC started building Thach My cement plant in the central province of Quang Ngai in the presence of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung July 10.
The plant capitalised at VND4trn (US$209.49m) will have two production lines with a total designed capacity of 2Mta of cement, the Thoi bao Kinh te Vietnam newspaper reported Monday.
Thach My cement plant covering 57.36ha in Nam Giang district is slated for operation after a two-year construction period and employees thousands of local labourers. Published under Cement News
