Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corp., through its non wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Yadong Cement Co., Ltd., has entered into acquisition agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Wuhan Xinlingyun Cement Co., Ltd. from Cheng Zhi Qiang and Dai Ming Gang.
 
Both Hubei Yadong and Wuhan Xinlingyun Cement are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cement, concrete and related products in China.
