Beni Suef blames power supply for delay to second line

Misr Beni Suef Cement  (MBSC) is preparing to submit a memo to Eng. Rachid Mohamed Rachid, Minister of Trade and Industry, to announce irresponsibility of company’s second production line delay as the Ministry of Electricity delayed in providing the company the electricity it needs for production line operations.

Farouk Moustafa, company’s Managing Director, stated that representatives of the company and Ministry of Electricity’s officials held a meeting last week to discuss providing the company with rest of its needs of electricity, pointing out that the company gained a 19MW out of 39MW, which is needed to start operating.
