Anhui Conch to pay cash dividends, China
Anhui Conch Cement said that it will pay cash dividends of CNY0.35/ share held, according to a company announcement.
In addition, the company will distribute stock dividends of one share for every share held.
The ex-dividend and ex-rights dates are June 21.
Based on its total share capital of CNY1.766bn shares at end 2009, the company expects to pay a total of CNY618.25m in cash dividends.
Anhui Conch will have an enlarged share capital of CNY3.532bn shares upon the distribution of the stock dividends. Published under Cement News
