BBMG Corp has agreed to acquire a 66.12% stake in Beijing Cement Plant Co. from its shareholder for CNY623.7m, the company said Friday.

The consideration will be settled by issuing shares to China Cinda Asset Management Corp., which owns 1.87% of BBMG, the statement said.
