In July 2009, Boral Ltd announced that Dr Ken Moss would retire as chairman of the board in May 2010. The company has now confirmed that Dr Moss has retired (31 May), with Dr Bob Every assuming the role of chairman of the board.

Dr Every joined the Boral board in September 2007 and was appointed deputy chairman in November 2009.
The plant, located about 250km south of Dar es Salaam, will have a capacity of 300,000t[a, he said.
