Egypt’s Misr Beni Suef Cement posted a 1.2 per cent fall in net profit to E£106.1m (US$19m) for the first quarter of 2010, the stock exchange said on Sunday.

The company, which gave no further details on its results, had made a net profit of E£107.4m in the same period a year earlier.
