Shiva Cement has received the approval from its board for the establishment of a 25MW power plant along with coal washery with capital outlay of about INR130 crore.

The company has authorised managing director to obtain all statutory approvals.

The board gave its approval for at its meeting held on April 29, 2010.

The company has its plants located at Kalunga and Sundargarh in Orissa.
