Shiva Cement board to discuss setting up of power plant
Shiva Cement today said its board will meet on March 26 to consider proposal for setting up of a 25MW captive power plant.
The board would also consider allotment of 10 million securities to its promoter group, Shiva Cement said in a filing to the BSE. Published under Cement News
