Following on the success of two 10,000tpd cement clinker kiln lines from Polysius that have been in operation at Anhui Conch Cement since 2004, Wuhu Conch Cement Ltd. decided to continue their fruitful partnership with Polysius and ordered two 12,000tpd kiln lines. These are to be installed at Wuhu in the Chinese province of Anhui.

The 5-stage and 2-string DOPOL® preheater will be equipped with a PREPOL®-MSC calciner and an SNCR system. Two calciner burners will be installed in the calciner and a POLFLAME® clinkering zone burner is to be used in the 96m-long rotary kiln.
