Egypt’s Sinai Cement said consolidated net profit rose 62 per cent in 2009 to E£671.5m, the Egyptian stock exchange reported on Sunday.

The firm last year reported net profit of E£414.1m  for 2008. The stock exchange gave no other details on the company’s consolidated results.
