Cementos Argos S.A, Colombia’s leading cement producer, has signed a US$3.2m joint venture agreement with C. Kersten en Co. N.V., engaged in cement production.

With this partnership, Kersten will benefit from Cemargos’ knowledge and technology, while the Cementos will have a port in Suriname, as well as a warehouse and packaging facility.
