Dalmia Cement (Bharat) announced that the net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009 fell to Rs.22.60 crore from Rs.23.71 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income increased to Rs.528.90 crore from Rs.406.02 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company declared an interim dividend of 50% or Re.1.00 per share for the fiscal 2010.
