Luquan Dongfang Dingxin Cement Co has agreed to acquire the cement production line from Beijing Pinggu No. 2 Cement Plant Co a company engaged in the production of cement, for CNY118.62m ($17.35m) in cash.

Luquan Dongfang Dingxin Cement is a manufacturer of cement and clinker and a wholly-owned subsidiary of BBMG Corporation.
