Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, to recommend the Interim Dividend, if any, for the year to end on March 31, 2010.

The Board will also fix the ’record date’ for determining the name of the Members to whom the Interim Dividend shall be paid.
