Dyckerhoff AG will acquire all except two of Sievert AG’s cement transport companies in exchange for its 32 per cent stake in Osnabrueck, Germany-based Sievert, Handelsblatt said, citing an unidentified spokeswoman.

Hann Muenden, Germany-based August Oppermann will take over the remaining two companies and give up its holding in Sievert, the German newspaper reported.
