Anhui Conch Cement Co, China’s largest cement maker by output, said Wednesday it appointed Ji Qinying, Qi Shengli and Wu Jianping as executive directors with immediate effect.

The appointments come after Yu Biao, Li Shunan and Ren Yong resigned as executive directors on Wednesday because of other duties at the company and its parent firm, Anhui Conch said in a statement.
