Hoang Thach Cement Company, one of Vietnam’s biggest cement producers, started operating its third cement production line costing VND2.5 trillion (US$135.29m) on December 21.

The line is capable of producing 1.2Mta of cement, raising the company’s total capacity to 3.5Mta, the Nhan Dan newspaper reported Tuesday.

The company expects revenues of VND3 trillion and tax payments of over VND200 billion this year.
