The Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation and the 12 September Petroleum Cement Joint Stock Company yesterday started the renovation of techonology to raise the capacity of the 12 September Cement Plant to 1500tpa of clinker, attaining the cement output of 550,000tpa.

The plant covers an area of 15.7ha in Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An province.

The project is captitalised at over VND 800 billion by the Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation. The projects’s duration of building is 18 months.

The plant was built in 1966 and was managed by Nghe An province.

Currently, the 12 September Petroleum Cement Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of VND 200 billion.
