Vietnam cement firm to raise cap to VND97.58B by share issue

The State Securities Commission has allowed Sai Son Cement Joint Stock Company (SCJ) to issue 4.998M new shares to raise its registered capital to VND97.58 billion ($5.46 million).

Of the amount, the firm will issue 1.904 million bonus shares to shareholders at 2-for-5 ratio, the company said on its website

SCJ will also sell 2.856 million shares to shareholders at 3-for-5 ratio at VND20,000 each and 238,000 shares to employees at VND22,000.

The record date is from November 19-22.

The cement firm, listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, made a net profit VND32.62 billion on revenues of VND202.94 billion in Jan-Sept, and expects the figures at VND30.63 billion and VND283.4 billion this year, respectively.
