Shiva Cement today announced that it would be going ahead with an interim capacity expansion proposal of up to 0.66Mta for an estimated project cost of INR 1.64bn, to be funded by mix of debt and equity.
It further announced that the mega expansion upto 2.3 mn tpa capacity as approved by Orissa government shall be taken up only after sanction of additional mines.
In the mean time, the company may continue its efforts for land acquisition for the same.
