JK Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, to consider approve and take on record un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six months ended on September 30, 2009 and also to consider declaration of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2009-10 and also fix the record date for the same.

The stock closed the day at INR125.80, down by INR2.20 or 1.72 per cnet. The stock hit an intraday high of INR129.90 and low of INR124.80.
