UniCredit SpA’s HVB Group will probably dilute its stake in HeidelbergCement AG to 4 percent, daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported, without saying where it got the information.

HVB, the second-largest investor in Germany’s biggest cement maker, probably won’t subscribe to its share of a planned capital increase and sell some of the stock it owns, Il Sole reported. UniCredit holds about EUR600mof the debt of the cement company’s biggest shareholder, the Merckle family, the daily said.
