New cement plant for Spain
Felix Santos Ortega has established a new company called Tucana under which a new cement plant will be built in Albentosa, Spain. Work on the €180m plant is due to start in 2011 with commissioning complete in 2013. The plant is expected to have a 1.2Mta capacity and create 390 jobs.
