Dong Lam Cement Joint Stock Company in Thua Thien Hue has decided to invest in a Dong Lam cement plant in Phong Xuan, Phong Dien Commune, in Phong Dien District, Thua Thien Hue province.
Total invested capital of plant is over VND3.6bn (US$202m) with a designed cement capacity of 1.5Mta.
