Small construction company EkoEksEnrgoStroy has signed an agreement with the government of the Rostov Region to build a RUB10bn cement plant in the region, according to information from the signing ceremony.

The construction of the plant is expected to take two years and nine months.

The plant’s production capacity is expected to amount to 1Mt of cement.
