Southern Africa monthly sales increase
July regional sales were up on June, however compared to the same period last year, sales were down 11.5%. The week long construction strike affected cement sales to most major projects. Limpopo, KwaZulu Natal and Botswana continue to show positive demand, whilst urban markets such as Gauteng and Western Cape continue their year on year decline.
