Mangalam Cement, a part of the BK Birla group awarded two orders to Thermax and Denki Power Systems (TDPS) for captive thermal power plant with a capacity of 17.5MW capacity.

Order for boiler has been finalized in favour of Thermax and  the order for the turbine generator in favour of Toyo Denki Power Systems (TDPS).

The plant is expected to be commissioned within a period of 18 months.
