Shree Cement Ltd said on Monday its July shipments rose 42.61 per cent to 830,000t, from 582,000t a year earlier.

Total shipments during April-July period rose 32.62 per cent to 3.13Mt, up from 2.36Mt a year ago, the company said.

The firm has a capacity to produce 8Mt of cement annually at its plant in the northern state of Rajasthan.
