Cemengal, the Spanish leader in Cement engineering has received an order from Italcementi to develop, in consortium with Victor Martinez Segovia & Associates and Cefisa respectively the mechanical, civil/structural and electrical/automation engineering for its new clinker line in Devnya, Bulgaria. 
 


Devnya is the largest plant in Bulgaria with a production capacity of 2Mta and is located only 5km from the Black Sea port of Varna.
