USA: Texas sues Mexico cement maker Cemex for US$558m
Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson said on Tuesday he filed a suit against Mexican cement maker Cemex for mining royalty payments owed in the United States worth US$558m.
Monterrey-based Cemex the world’s No. 3 cement maker, said in a statement the accusations were "completely lacking in merit." Published under Cement News
