India’s Larsen & Toubro Ltd. is likely to sell its 11.4% stake in UltraTech Cement Ltd Friday via a block deal, television channel CNBC-TV18 reported, citing unnamed sources.

A.V. Birla Group is the likely buyer of the stake from Larsen & Toubro, the report added.
