Indian cement producer Shree Cement said on Monday its May shipments rose 32.19 per cent to 735,000t, from 556,000t a year earlier.
Total shipments during April-May period rose 29.91 percent to 1.52Mt, up from 1.17Mt a year ago, it said in an e-mailed statement.
The firm has a capacity to produce 8Mta of cement at its plant in the northern state of Rajasthan.
