India Aditya Birla May cement shipments up 19.5 per cent
India’s Aditya Birla Group said on Monday cement shipments in May rose 19.5 per cent from a year ago to 3.18Mt.
Production rose 20 per cent to 3.24Mt, the company said in a statement.
The group’s cement business includes flagship Grasim Industries and unit UltraTech Cement, with combined production capacity of 42Mta.
