Cemex said on Thursday it was under investigation for possible collusion with its competitors in Mexico but denied any wrongdoing, reports Reuters.
Mexico’s competition commission told Reuters this week it is investigating possible cartel behavior by big building materials companies and expects to announce results next year.
Cemex said in a statement it was told of the probe in March and said it was preparing its response. "We are fully confident that we have acted within the law," the company said.
